Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
CallAI does not require identity verification, but that does not mean anything goes. Servers, one-click apps and the API run on upstream providers’ infrastructure, and abuse affects every customer. By placing an order you agree to the rules below.
Prohibited uses
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email, or running open mail relays.
- Phishing, impersonating other sites or brands, fraud, or distributing malware.
- Attacking, scanning or brute-forcing any third party, including DDoS.
- Hosting or distributing illegal content, including child sexual abuse material and content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
- Running open proxies or services that let others do any of the above.
- Circumventing provider limits or abusing shared resources in ways that affect others.
Enforcement
- On a credible abuse report or a provider notice we may suspend the server or API key first and contact you afterwards.
- Services confirmed to violate this policy are terminated without refund, and the account may be closed.
- We comply with lawful requests from providers and authorities.
Other notes
- Outbound port 25 (SMTP) may be blocked by the provider by default; we do not request unblocking. Use a proper email delivery service.
- One-click apps come from the providers’ official marketplace images; licences and security updates of the app are your responsibility. Apps that need a paid licence are marked before you order.
- This policy may change; material changes are announced on the site.
