Managing Hundreds of Domain and Server Renewals: Automatic Due Dates, Telegram Reminders, Groups and CSV Import
The most common loss for people running many sites is a forgotten renewal: a deleted domain, a stopped server. A free way to manage it: domain due dates read from the registry, server dates entered once, Telegram reminders 30, 7 and 1 days before and on the day, groups, servers and CSV import/export.

A dozen domains fit in a spreadsheet. Hundreds of domains and dozens of servers across registrars and clouds do not: whether auto-renew is on, which card expired, which server still hosts which sites — nobody knows for sure. Losing one aged domain with backlinks usually costs far more than a year’s renewal.
1. Domains: no need to type the due date
Paste domains into My assets and their due dates and registrars are read through RDAP, the registries’ public replacement for WHOIS. .com, .net and most generic endings work; endings without RDAP (.cn, .io and others) need the date typed once, and a typed date is never overwritten. Domains close to their date are re-read daily, so auto-renewed ones move on by themselves instead of raising a false alarm.
2. Servers: fill one form
For a server, enter its name, provider, IP, cost per period, renewal period and due date. After renewing, click "Renewed" and the date moves on one period (servers default to one month, domains to twelve). The library also adds up roughly what everything costs per month.
3. Reminders: 30, 7 and 1 days before, and on the day
Reminders arrive on Telegram (link it in your account), merged into one message per round so they do not flood you. Items added already within 30 days get only the nearest reminder; items added up to seven days overdue get one reminder too. A server’s reminder says how many domains it hosts, so you know what is at stake.
4. Groups and servers
- Groups: put each item in a group such as "Quality sites", "Network A" or "To catch", and filter by group above the table.
- Hosted on: link a domain to its server; the server row shows "N domains", so you see what a stopped machine would take down.
- Bulk actions: select several items and move them to a group, set their server or delete them at once.
5. Move from a spreadsheet: CSV import and export
Import an existing spreadsheet as is: the first line is a header, in English or Chinese (type, name, provider, ip, cost, renew_months, due_at, group, server, note). Existing items of the same type and name only get the cells you filled in; servers in the same file are imported first, so domains can name their server. Rows with problems are listed by line and the rest are imported.

An exported CSV imports straight back: dates read from the registry sit in a column of their own, so re-importing does not pin them as typed dates.
My assets and the reminders are free, up to 5,000 items per account. In Domain Check results, "Add clean to assets" puts the shortlist straight into the library.
