CallAI runs on a simple model: $1 minimum top-up, usage-based billing, no monthly fee, and a USD balance that never expires. One balance covers LLM APIs, search data APIs such as live Google SERP, and cloud servers. There are two kinds of top-up channels: fiat payments processed by Dodo Payments (WeChat Pay, UnionPay, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and USDT transfers on the TRON (TRC-20) network.
No crypto: choose the Cards / WeChat Pay / Apple Pay channel. Already hold USDT: choose TRON (TRC-20); it is credited automatically after on-chain confirmation, and your first top-up gets a +5% bonus.

2. Paying with WeChat Pay or a Card
- Open the Top-Up page in your dashboard and choose Cards / WeChat Pay / Apple Pay.
- Enter the USD amount you want credited; the page shows the exact amount payable, including the processing fee.
- At checkout, scan the WeChat Pay QR code or enter a UnionPay, Visa or MasterCard card.
- Your balance is credited automatically once payment succeeds; every top-up is listed under Billing.
3. Paying with USDT (TRC-20)
- Choose TRON (TRC-20) and enter the amount; CallAI generates a unique payable USDT amount and a deposit address.
- When withdrawing from an exchange or wallet, select the TRON (TRC-20) network.
- Exchanges deduct their fee from the withdrawal, so add it on top to make sure the amount received exactly matches the payable amount; that is how the deposit is matched automatically.
- The balance is credited after on-chain confirmation, plus 5% on your first top-up.
Automatic crediting on BSC, Polygon and Arbitrum is not live yet. Do not send funds on those networks to the TRC-20 address. If you sent the wrong amount or network, open a support ticket with the transaction hash (TxID).
4. Billing and Balance
- Balances are held in USD. Models are billed per token used, search data APIs per request; prices are public on the model and pricing pages.
- Balances never expire, with no monthly fee or minimum spend.
- New accounts start at $0; there is no sign-up credit.
5. FAQ
Fiat payments are processed by an international Merchant of Record, which must confirm the buyer’s country and issue a compliant electronic receipt under local tax rules.

Deposits are matched by their unique amount. If you sent too little, too much, or on the wrong network, open a support ticket with your TxID and it will be reconciled manually.
